I just visited the pool and sauna, steam room. Good price, reasonable conditions.

Clean tidy and friendly with plenty of off-street parking. They also have an electric vehicle charging bay powered by BP pulse. Staff friendly from the moment you arrive. The room clean and tidy bathroom were very clean. Would give credit to the cleaning team as they make this hotel work well. Did not eat but was given information regarding getting food if I wanted it. I used user eats who dropped to reception, and I collected. Would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in the area

Had a lovely stay. Professional and very friendly staff at reception and at breakfast. Realised I forgot toiletries and staff was happy to bring some to my room, no charge. Good breakfast and good room too, a bit small, but I guess this is what you expect from an 'airport hotel'. Very much enjoyed the pool/gym/sauna too. It'd be nice to have info in the room about the pool/gym and the hotel itself, such opening times, treatment available/prices, breakfast times etc.

Stayed here for one night and I really enjoyed my experience. Check in was quick and simple. The room was on the smaller side but perfect for a couple, it had everything needed for a night. I would have liked one more plug socket but it was fine. The bed was really comfy and I slept well, the breakfast set up was also nice. We had cooked breakfast which was in a buffet style which we both enjoyed, there was also continental if you wanted. When it came to checking out, it was easy and no stress. Would return again. :)

Stayed the night before we went on holiday. Room was large clean and the bed was super comfy. Had a nice enough meal in the evening, but what really gives them the 5 stars is the level of customer service. Every member of staff was courteous and went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. My young children particularly liked the choice of board games to play in the evening.

It was great... Thomas on the front desk was friendly and helpful. Jane who prepared our room who we met the following morning. The young lady who I guess was head of house and the chef, were all very friendly helpful and cheerful. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would have loved to have stayed longer.

Lovely budget hotel. Stayed here 3 times now both for business and for visiting family in London. I'm a disabled user and impressed with the parking, accessible entrance and rooms. I can only speak to the accessible room which was spacious with a lot of thought for wheelchair users and the less able. The staff are wonderful they don't over do the "disability awareness" which can be REALLY annoying. On this stay there was even complimentary chocolate bars and water which was even better. The pool is clean and a nice pool. The hot tub and sauna also clean and pretty standard... not much to say there lol. The breakfast buffet is pretty standard but reasonable priced. Evening meal not great tbh and a little pricey but they're not gonna lose a star for just that. It's just a really nice hotel that I'd definitely recommend since I've been here several times, even though its budget and just off the motorway its still quiet and they treat all guests with respect and clearly care about the hotel unlike some budget hotels are tired with staff that are just doing the 9-5 but I find Holiday Inn staff to really care. For those concerned about the "C word" (virus) there are extra precautions for a contact free stay but for those who like contact there's still the human touch which unlike another hotel I stayed at was just such a relief. An absolute pleasure to return. So if you're in the area... even to visit London... you can't go wrong booking here.

From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing. In particular James and Sylvia were very attentive making my family and I feel very special on our little get away. Tony and his team at breakfast were on the ball taking care of the needs of all the breakfast diners. The family room we had was very clean and well presented. Great facilities! Thank you so much, we hope to be back.
